Welcome to YieldTrip. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YieldTrip mobile application, website, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By using YieldTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use YieldTrip, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or older if required in your jurisdiction)

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you connect a wallet or receive token rewards, you may be subject to additional blockchain-specific regulations in your region.

2. Our Services

YieldTrip is a blockchain-powered mobility rewards platform. Users can:

• Earn points or tokens by sharing anonymized location data

• Participate in missions and promotions from partners

• Convert points to $DRV tokens (subject to eligibility)

• Redeem rewards from the in-app marketplace

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using YieldTrip, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information if signing up with an email or wallet

• Use the app safely and avoid distracted driving

• Respect the privacy of others and not misuse mobility data

• Not engage in cheating, fraud, or GPS spoofing to earn rewards

YieldTrip reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms.

4. Points & Token Rewards

YieldTrip uses a points-first system. Points:

• Are earned based on your real-world activity (e.g., driving, missions)

• Are non-transferable and have no intrinsic cash value

• May later be converted into $DRV tokens subject to availability and compliance

$DRV tokens may be subject to additional risks (e.g., volatility, legal restrictions). YieldTrip does not guarantee the value or availability of tokens.

5. Wallets and Blockchain Use

If you choose to connect a crypto wallet:

• You are solely responsible for managing your wallet and private keys

• Your blockchain activity may be visible publicly (e.g., rewards, staking)

• YieldTrip is not responsible for any loss of tokens due to user error or malicious activity

We do not offer custodial wallet services.

6. Intellectual Property

All YieldTrip content, logos, designs, and underlying code are owned by us or our partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Content & Advertisers

YieldTrip partners with third-party businesses to deliver location-based promotions. These partners are responsible for their own content, offers, and services.

YieldTrip is not liable for:

• Any errors or misrepresentations in third-party content

• The availability or quality of partner products or services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YieldTrip and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of rewards, tokens, or data

• Issues resulting from location inaccuracies

• Delays or outages in the app

Your use of YieldTrip is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll provide notice (e.g., via email or in-app notification). Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using YieldTrip at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea without regard to conflict of law principles.
